Overview

Auric is an Australian-based startup redefining the wellness space through the power of scent. Centred around their proprietary AromaSphere diffuser, the brand combines technology, aromatherapy, and digital interaction to create mood-based rituals delivered via essential oil pods.

Approached via the Webflow Experts platform, I was brought into the project to shape the full product experience — from packaging design and digital UX to interface prototyping and Webflow development. Collaborating with a global team of developers and product designers, I helped bring clarity and cohesion to a deeply sensory brand.

Packaging Design

I designed the complete product packaging system for Auric’s essential oil range, balancing regulatory clarity with elegance. The aesthetic needed to feel soft and wellness-driven, but also functional across retail and e-commerce use.

The result is a clean, spacious label system built around calming tones and essential clarity — a tactile user experience that mirrors the serenity of the product itself. Packaging visuals were rendered in 3D for marketing, creating a consistent product look across all brand touchpoints.

UX & UI Design

Auric’s digital offering includes a “Find Your Ritual” experience that filters 26 scent profiles by mood and essential oil blend. I designed the UI and page system in Figma, building a modular component library that the product team could scale and iterate on.

With wellness at the centre of the experience, I kept the UI deliberately light and accessible — allowing space for emotion, breath, and balance. A dark/light mode toggle lets users engage with the brand in the way that suits their environment or mood.

Webflow Development

The final website was implemented in Webflow, where I developed the homepage, ritual pages, and product layouts using a responsive, flexible grid. The interactions are subtle and purposeful — from scroll animations to filtered search transitions — always supporting the brand’s mission of calm and clarity.

Performance, accessibility, and SEO were all optimised to ensure the site would stand up not just visually, but technically — especially important for a product with global ambitions and a digital-first strategy.
