Rapport Marketing is a communications agency built around ideas, storytelling and relationships. DesignChief was commissioned to develop a brand identity that reflects their vibrant, people-first ethos and helps them stand out in a competitive B2B landscape.

The challenge was to build a system that felt professional yet full of personality — distinctive, clear and rooted in communication.

Designing with Character and Colour

The logotype is based on a classic serif, modified to give the wordmark a friendly and confident presence. It’s accompanied by a bespoke mark featuring six rotated quote marks arranged in a circular motion — symbolising the dynamic flow of ideas and collaboration.

To emphasise the theme of connection and conversation, a full spectrum of brand colours was introduced. These appear in both the logomark and the vertical bar device used across the stationery and print.

Flexible, Friendly and Fully Ownable

The identity system is intentionally simple to implement, with clear visual rules and a palette that invites playful use. It’s bold on dark backgrounds, open and bright on white, and scales beautifully from business cards to presentations.

DesignChief created all core brand assets, including business stationery and logo files for print and digital use.

This is a brand that brings personality to professionalism — a visual identity designed to spark recognition and build rapport.
